Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

When you start a free trial or purchase any Drive I/O plan, you acknowledge and confirm that you are subscribing to the plan, price, and billing term (monthly, yearly, or one-time, as displayed at the Stripe checkout) that you selected. If you are on a free trial, you understand and agree that unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method on file will be charged automatically when the free trial ends, at the applicable subscription price and for the billing cadence you chose. Because this information is shown clearly before you complete checkout or begin a trial, charges are generally NON-REFUNDABLE: Drive I/O does not offer refunds, partial credits, or payment reversals for change of mind, mistaken purchase, dissatisfaction with the service as described, or for failing to cancel a free trial before it ends (including where you did not intend to continue but did not cancel in time), except where required by applicable law. We may issue a refund or credit where we verify a defect in Drive I/O's software or billing systems—for example, you were charged more than the price shown at checkout, charged twice for the same subscription period, billed after you had already canceled in accordance with our Terms, or paid access did not activate after a successful payment due to a confirmed error on our side. Contact support with details; we will investigate in good faith.
If you want to cancel, you can follow these instructions:
- Navigate to the /account page.
- Click the hamburger button (the three lines) in the top-right corner.
- Click 'Cancel subscription or delete account'.
- Fill out the survey.
After that you can either delete your account or cancel your subscription:
- a) Click Delete Account, follow the prompts, and confirm that you want your account deleted. This will cancel your subscription on Stripe.
- b) Click Your Subscription. You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing page, where you can click Cancel Subscription.
